it takes being alone with no obligations to stop and look to really enjoy the beauty around us. see what i mean?
and i have no idea what that means because i am way too hungover to do anything about it and was carrying 45lbs on my back for about a few miles of walking and didn’t really bother to ask anyone anything except for where to go. but here’s another still of Denmark’s busy streets.
and the view when you reach one end of the street
and the hostel i came to on the first night “sleep-in Heaven”. pretty neat i’d say!
and i’m not sure why i am awake right now when i think i fell asleep around 3,4, or 5 in the morning. i went out with some of folks i met from the hostel that first night… and killed half of the alcohol supply i brought. (that’ll make my pack a little lighter!) also learned the Vodka drinking game and the another game Kogle (pronounced like khoal). Hostel mates i met here:
*a guy and girl from berlin who are room mates in Germany and the guy is one of a handful of salesmen for the app Wunderlist (i actually had the app and i recommend it for anyone trying to sort out their life)
*an australian Gal
*an australian Gal living in Holland now who is a bio-med student who wants to help with pharmacology
*an australian Guy
*Two 19 year old Danish Girls who are finishing their 6 months of travel
*Two guys from Florida one who is attending uofF and the other who is stationed in the Netherlands
and yes as you can imagine that was a lot of fun!
